Four workshops for SmartStream/CAFR have been added to the June training calendar. These workshops will cover CAFR information and practice ONLY. Participants should already be familiar with SmartStream basics.

The following Month End reports have been updated/added to the Information Guide:

BD704 - Statement of Cash Receipts, Disbursements and Balances

BD701 - Agency Management budget Report (certified version) (This report may also be accessed through the GLPUBLIC folder.)

BD702 - Monthly Report on Appropriations and Allotments

These reports also contain new views called Report Layouts. The report layout view will show you the formatting of the report, with column letters and row numbers, that can be clicked on to reveal a pop-up description of a particular column or row within that report. You can also go to a Layout Description topic that will allow you to print the information that appears in the pop-up boxes on the layout report view.

The Operating Calendars and Schedules for May, June and July have been updated.
