Year
End Activity information has been added to the SIG. The Year
End Activity information includes:
NOTE:
On May 15th, OSC began delivering
the GASB view to all agencies on a nightly basis. The CAFR reports which
run off of the GASB view were also sent to all agencies. Access these reports
through the Financial Analysis button on your SmartStream Desktop. If you
have any problems accessing these new reports, please contact your LAN
administrator.
SPECIAL
NOTICE:
New versions of three of
the month-end reports will be put into production effective June 1. The
primary changes are as follows:

A Cash Analysis section will
be added to the BD701 Agency System Management Budget Report
-
Accounts in the Assets/Liability/Equity
section on the BD702 Monthly Report on Appropriations and Allotments will
be adjusted to aid agencies in reconciling their budget codes.

The Statement of Cash Receipts,
Disbursements, and Balances report will be re-written to reflect BD701
report balances instead of BD800 report balances and to eliminate missing
fund information due to no current year activity.

changes will be available in a May 29th special release of SIG.
