A new banner has been added to the NCAS Overview topic. The new banner is titled "NCAS Financial Systems Master Plan" and contains information from the Financial Systems Master Plan dated September 30, 1994.
A new area has been added to the News Bulletin topic -- Important Memos. This section has 2 areas: Current Memos and Previous Memos. The Current Memo section contains memos that are being released in SIG for the first time. When the next SIG release goes out, memos found in the Current Memo section will be moved to the Previous Memo section.
