The GL online inquiry (screen 220) and the FC Audit ID records will be purged this weekend. FY 2000 transactions that will be purged are dated July 1, 1999 through June 29,2000. Transactions having an effective date of June 30, 2000 through the current date are available for online inquiry.

As mentioned in the original memo, users who have created customized agency-specific report (*.ppr) files will need to recreate those reports using the new data (*.mdc) files. If there are high priority customized reports which users are unable to recreate for themselves, agencies should send a prioritized list to the OSC, preferably with a sample of the report. The OSC may provide assistance recreating high priority reports, on a first-come, first-served basis.
