Keying Entries into the NCAS (01/31/2003)

Any Budgetary Control (BC) entry keyed today January 31, 2003, Saturday February 1, 2003 or Monday February 3, 2003 with an effective date in January and a Closed Period Adjustment (CPA) indicator of 1 will go to Suspended Batch Master (SBM) Monday night during the next production run. Agency staff will need to edit and release these batches on Tuesday. To avoid this, any entry keyed during these 3 days with an effective date in January should have a CPA indicator of zero (0).

1099 Printing Date (01/14/2003)

The printing of the 1099s has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 16th. Information can be changed today and Wednesday, January 15th. The OSC will call your contact for your agency when 1099s are available to be picked up at the Bush Street office. Please contact the OSC Helpdesk 875-4357 if you have any questions.
