Please be aware that CPE credits can only be awarded once per class. If
you have previously taken a course and choose to attend again, you will
not earn CPE credit a second time.
August AP to FA Interface Reports (08/17/2001)
The August AP to FA Interface report can be found in
Systemware (XPTR) in the FAREL RELEASE AP INVOICES
series dated 8/17/01. Please call the OSC Helpdesk (919-875-HELP) if you
have any questions.
August AP to FA Interface Reports (08/10/2001)
August AP to FA interface reports will be available on August 17th in
the MM-132-1 AP to FA Interface in XPTR. This report will include all
August 1st through August 16th transactions. If you have any questions
concerning this please contact the Helpdesk.
MOPRE/MOCUR Report
Information (08/01/2001)
In the past, the report
date for the MOPRE month end reports was changed during the nightly production
cycle of the last business day of the month. As a result, the MOPRE
and MOCUR reports provided in X/PTR were identical at the beginning of
a new month. This procedure changed during the month of July.
Now, the report date for the MOPRE reports will not change until the production
run on the first business day of the month. For example, the MOPRE
reports that ran last night (July 31) contain June report data. The
reports that run tonight (August 1) will contain July data.
Agencies wishing to view July reports today will need to access the MOCUR
reports until tomorrow. This procedure is a permanent change in the
way X/PTR month end reports are generated.
