GL Purge (updated
5/18/2000)
The General Ledger (GL) detail transactions will undergo a purge process
on 05/27/2000 (Saturday) for the period 07/01/98 through 06/30/99.
Online access to 06/30/99 transactions will remain intact. GL detail
information for FY99 will be relocated each agency's historical reporting
file. Refer to the 'AAA-LIBRARY-NEWS' member in GLPUBLIC for additional
information regarding reporting against financial details for FY99.
Changes to AP-P0006
and AP-P0007 Payment Reports (updated 05/12/00) As of 5/12/00 the NCAS payment
register reports, AP-P0006 and AP-P0007, in systemware at OSCOPX MM122-5
AP PAYMENT UPDATE have been modified. The report now includes the vendor's
name and address as it was printed on the check. This should help agencies
find the actual name and address a check was sent to after it has been
changed on the on-line file. Please note this change and call the OSC Helpdesk,
875-HELP, with any questions or problems regarding this.
Year-End Calendar
(updated 05/08/00) The year-end calendar is
in the process of being formulated for 1999-2000 year close. This
information should be posted to the SIG by the end of the week of May 5th
or the beginning of the week of May 15th.
