| SUBJECT: | Year 2000 Programming Implementation for the Cash Management Control System |
FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION TO ALL CMCS USERS
Our programmers have completed the necessary changes to bring the Cash Management Control System (CMCS) into Year 2000 compliance. We have scheduled the programming changes to be put into production on January 22nd. To facilitate the introduction of the changes into the system, we will be bringing down the CMCS databases at 4:00pm on January 22nd. CMCS will again be available for use on the morning of January 25th.
Our staff has tested the CMCS changes and believes the screens will function normally. Users should experience no changes in screens nor require any modification of procedures. However, if you should experience any screen change or problems in entering transactions or inquiry, do not continue but immediately contact Linda McSwain at (919) 981-5494, Bonnie Jones at (919) 981-5497, or Peggy Norris at (919) 981-5498. These staff members will be able to assist you.
Thank you for your assistance as we move CMCS into Year 2000 compliance.
