Subject: SmartStream Template Procedures
Your agency was previously sent a memo, No. NCAS-97-0037, dated December 16, 1997 from the Office of the State Controller, regarding the transmission of SmartStream History Files. On Sunday January 5, 1997, the OSC will begin transmitting SmartStream data for the FY95-96 transactions to your server(s) for the first time. As part of this project, the delivered SmartStream views and reports have been revised to perform as templates. The new template reports (CRE files) and template views (CVW files) will be transmitted along with the FY95-96 history CDBs.
Attached to this memo are the procedures for using the new SmartStream View and Report Templates. Please distribute these procedures to all SmartStream users in your agency.
