Payroll Schedule

It is the policy of the State of North Carolina to release a schedule of key dates related to payroll in a timely manner.

G.S. 143B-426.39 Powers and Duties of the State Controller

Quarterly payroll schedules are released at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the quarter and posted on the Central Payroll section of the OSC website at the following address:

http://www.ncosc.net/sigdocs/sig_docs/payroll/index.html

The quarterly payroll schedule contains deadlines related to technical processing. Agency payroll offices may require substantially different timeframes for the submission of documents related to payroll processing.

This policy applies to the OSC Central Payroll System.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

There are no special terms for this policy.
