| SUBJECT: | New Supplementl Federal Tax Rate |
We have changed the supplemental
tax rate used for federal income taxes from a flat rate of 28% to the new
federal supplemental rate of 27.5%. This rate will apply to any supplemental
wage payments made after August 7, 2001. Although the rate has been
changed, the same rules apply as before. We have listed the supplemental
rates below:
