Use of the Letter "D" in the Subhead December Supplemental Payroll Multiple Checks for Cancellation |
PREMIUM ADJUSTMENT RECAP:
We have produced a recap to be used for the adjustment of the premium pay because of the Legislative Increase. We have run a separate recap for July, August, September and October, as well as a consolidated July-October report. These adjusted amounts can be entered on the "M" cycle into the adjustment field, if the employee has an "A" cycle otherwise pay on an "S" cycle. Your agency may access these reports in X/PTR under "OSCPX EMERGENCY REPORT".
USE OF THE LETTER "D" IN THE SUBHEAD:
We have found a way to work around the use of the letter "D" in the subhead. Your agency may continue to use the letter "D". The letter "S" however is NOT allowed in the subhead.
DECEMBER SUPPLEMENTAL PAYROLL:
We request that the December Supplemental Payroll, (J cycle), be eliminated and that the new employees be included in the December Monthly Payroll. This procedure will delay their payment by only 5 days. This will be helpful at a time that your agency is preparing an early December Payroll.
MULTIPLE CHECK CANCELLATIONS:
If your agency has multiple
refunds or checks to be cancelled for the same employee, please start processing
them now. Our system will only process ONE "H" cycle transaction
per C&R cycle.
