| SUBJECT: | Modification for June 2001 |
Due to a judge's ruling today, Wellpath Select must continue coverage for state employees through September 30, 2001. We previously ran deletion modifications for deduction codes, (470-473, 870-873) on the monthly transmittal. Due to this decision, we will reset the modifications back to the original Wellpath Select deduction. If there are any deductions that your agency manually changed on cycles other than cycle "A", they will need to be manually rekeyed to the proper Wellpath Select deduction code. This modification will be made on Wednesday, June 20, 2001.
Each agency will need to take the report which was sent out with Memorandum No PR2001-010 on May 31, 2001, and check to ensure all employee records were reset to the proper Wellpath Select deduction code and premium amount. The report heading was "Deleted Deduction Codes and Deduction Amounts."
