PMIS Form History Overview

The form history views or screens in PMIS provide access to the following:

  • Employee Form History List:  A list of all forms related to an individual employee, including both completed and in-process forms
  • Position Form History List:  A list of all forms associated with a single position, including both completed and in-process forms
  • Form Actions List:  A list of all actions taken on an individual form, for both completed and in-process forms
The sum of all these individual parts provides a complete electronic audit trail for any one form. All forms are displayed online in the same format in which they were processed, including comments associated with the forms.  These history screens make it possible for agency payroll staff to determine not only the individuals responsible for the development of each form but also those individuals that approved it at each level of authorization.
