Operations Schedule September, 2001

The NCAS Production System (SCCP and NC23) regions are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the first and last Saturday each month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional Saturdays may be available based on seasonal business needs or upon special agency request. The Support Services section is staffed Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Voice mail messages may be left 24 hrs/day 7 days/week)

Special September Hours:

Production regions available on 09/03 (Labor Day holiday) for keying transactions from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a production cycle update. NO CLIENT SUPPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON LABOR DAY.
Production regions available on Saturday 09/01 and 09/08, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for keying transactions with a production cycle update. CLIENT SUPPORT AVAILABLE ONLY FROM 9 a.m. TO 2 p.m.
Production regions available on Saturday 09/22 and 09/29, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for keying transactions only. CLIENT SUPPORT AVAILABLE ONLY FROM 9 a.m. TO 2 p.m.

If you plan to work on a Saturday that the system is available for agency use, please check voice mail first 919-875-HELP (4357) for system availability. If there is a production problem on Friday night, voice mail will contain a status message, stating the date and estimated time the system will be available to users. This message will be updated as new information becomes available. If the voice message is the standard message, then the system is available for agency use according to the Operations Calendar hours.

The NCAS Agency Practice/Training System (O Region) is available from 6:00 a.m. on Monday to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday and from 6:00 a.m. on Thursday to 12 p.m. on Saturday.

Anyone in an agency who wants to practice his NCAS skills can request an operator id from his agency security administrator.
