Operations Schedule November, 2004

The NCAS Production System  (SCCP and NC23) regions are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the first and last Saturday each month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional Saturdays may be available based on seasonal business needs or upon special agency request.  Click here to see the Emergency Special Hours Request information on requesting the system. For problems or questions call 919-875-HELP. The Support Services section is staffed Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Voice mail messages may be left 24 hrs/day 7 days/week)

Production regions available Saturday, 11/06 for keying transactions from 9am to 2pm. (No Production Cycle - No Client Support available.)
Production regions unavailable Thursday, 11/11 for the Veteran's Day holiday.
Production regions available Saturday, 11/20 for keying transactions from 9am to 2pm. (No Production Cycle - No Client Support available.)
Production regions unavailable 11/25-27 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

If you plan to work on a Saturday that the system is available for agency use, please check voice mail first 919-875-HELP(4357) for system availability. If there is a production problem on Friday night, voice mail will contain a status message, stating the date and estimated time the system will be available to users.  This message will be updated as new information becomes available.  If the voice message is the standard message, then the system is available for agency use according to the Operations Calendar hours.  There will be no client support on Saturdays.  You may call the help desk number and leave a message, but no one will be monitoring the calls until Monday morning.  Please use the SIG (System Information Guide) for any assistance you might need on Saturday.

The NCAS Agency Practice/Training System (O Region) is available from 6:00 a.m. on Monday to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday and from 6:00 a.m. on Thursday to 12 p.m. on Saturday.

Anyone in an agency who wants to practice his NCAS skills can request an operator id from his agency security administrator.
