Use
This report lists the information
that has been purged when the quotation purge program is run.
Content
A quotation is purged when
the item quotations assigned to it have expired and the specified number
of inactive days have passed. The system produces a report for each vendor
identified on a quotation. The report includes the paying entity, vendor
number/group number, quotation number and type, date entered, last activity
date and the quotation status.
