Use this report to review
allotment, expense, encumbrance, and commitment transactions extracted
from the memo field on the Available Funds File (AFF) and processed through
Financial Controller. Transactions entered into the DBS system are retained
on the AFF memo field until they are extracted for posting to the General
Ledger.

extracted from the AFF memo field and processed through Financial Controller
for posting to the General Ledger for each company/account/center combination,
sorted by company.
