Use
The OSC State Accounting Division requests this report to be run once most agencies have certified the June monthly budget
reports. This report is run daily until all agencies have turned in their CAFR packages. At that time, all prior year transactions
are automatically posted to the suspense account/center. The State Accounting Division uses this report to review the
propriety of prior year postings after the end of the fiscal year.
