Passing a line to the Budgetary Control Exception Queue (BCQ) means passing it to your agency's budget officer for resolution. While the requisition remains in the BCQ, the entire requisition is ineligible for approval.

NOT AVAILABLE message and wish to pass the line to the BCQ:
