| 1. | Click Reports on
the CheckGard toolbar.
Note: The Choose Report Format dialog box will appear. |
| 2. | Ensure that the:

| 3. | Click OK.
Note: The AUDIT.SEC file will be displayed. |
| 4. | Click File on the menu bar. |
| 5. | Click Print.
Note: The Print dialog box will appear. |
| 6. | Click Setup. |
| 7. | Make sure that the HP LaserJet Series II on LPT1 printer is selected. (If not, then click on it.) |
| 8. | Ensure that the print setup
dialog box is set up as follows:

| 9. | Click OK. |
| 10. | Ensure that the Print Range is set to All. |
| 11. | Click OK in the Print
dialog box.
Note: The following document will print:

| 12. | Click Security on the CheckGard toolbar. |
| 13. | Click Clear Audit File.
Note: A dialog box will appear. |
| 14. | If you want to clear all
audit file entries, ensure that:
|
| 15. | Click OK.
Note: A CheckGard dialog box will appear, asking if you are sure you want to clear. |
| 16. | Click OK.
Note: The audit file will clear. |
| 17. | Click File on the CheckGard menu bar. |
| 18. | Click Exit.
Note: CheckGard will close. |
| 19. | Click File on the Program Manager menu bar. |
| 20. | Click on Exit Windows. |
| 21. | Click OK to exit Windows. |
| 22. | Turn off the printer, monitor and PC power switches. |
