Warehouse inquiry screens allow warehouse managers to view information for defined warehouse areas. The NCAS Inventory module provides inquiry screens for each of the entry screens used to establish warehouse areas. In addition, browse screens allow warehouse managers to list information according to specified characteristics and then select from among this list for further inquiry.

Available warehouse inquiry and browse screens include:

• Warehouse Area Inquiry (WHAI) screen displays information about a selected warehouse or warehouse area. This inquiry screen looks identical to the Warehouse Area Entry (WHAE) screen except that all fields on the Warehouse Area Inquiry (WHAI) screen are display only.
• Warehouse Area Browse Selection (WHBS) screen allows warehouse managers to select criteria for inquiring about warehouse information. Warehouse areas that meet the criteria specified on this screen will then appear on the Warehouse Area Browse Inquiry (WHAB) screen. By choosing more criteria on the Warehouse Area Browse Selection (WHBS) screen, the warehouse manager can further limit the list of applicable warehouse areas that appear on the Warehouse Area Browse Inquiry (WHAB) screen.
