Receipt
Detail Report
The warehouse manager can
refer to the Receipt Detail (RRDET) report to monitor the receipts
and receipt reversals for items in the warehouse. A receipt reversal is
the return of an item to a vendor. The following information is displayed
on the Receipt Detail (RRDET) report:
-
Item number
-
Order number
-
Date and time of the receipt
or receipt reversal
-
Unit cost of the receipt or
receipt reversal
-
Quantity of the receipt or receipt
reversal
-
Receipt overhead cost of the
receipt or receipt reversal
Overhead cost is not calculated
by the NCAS. As a result, the quantity in this field will always be zero.
-
Total cost of all receipt or
receipt reversals for the warehouse
The cost of a receipt reversal
always appears on the report as a negative quantity. In contrast, all positive
quantities are for receipts.
The warehouse manager should
review the Receipt Detail (RRDET) report daily. The Receipt Detail
(RRDET) report is located in RMDS in the report group IN270-4.
