Jury and Witness Payments Policy

Jury and witness per diems or other fees constitute "other income" and are subject to reporting on a 1099-MISC Form if more than $600 is paid in the calendar year.

Travel expenses for jurors and witnesses are not subject to reporting if an adequate accounting for such expenses is made within a reasonable time and date in which they were incurred.
