Human Subjects Policy

Payments to individuals participating in research activities are reportable on a 1099-MISC Form if the IRS dollar limits are met.

* NOTE: Employees of the agency conducting the research would be paid as a non-employee if the research work study or involvement is beyond the scope of the employee's normal job duties and occurs outside the normal work hours and work place.
