Foster Care Payments Policy

Qualified foster care payments, as defined by IRC 131, are not reportable. Such payments must be made for the care of a qualified foster individual for difficult care. These payments are limited to no more than five individuals under 18 years of age and no more than 10 individuals over 18 years of age in a single home.
