Electronic Bulletin Board System
Agencies are encouraged to access the IRS Electronic Bulletin Board System which allows:

• Submission of information returns to the IRS via personal computer using dial-up modems.

• Acknowledgment from the IRS as to the acceptability of the data transmitted.

Immediate access to the latest changes and updates which affect the Information Returns Program at the IRS Martinsburg Computing Center.

• Communications with IRS personnel at the Martinsburg Computing Center via the Bulletin Board System.

• Retrieval of information and files applicable to the Bulletin Board System.

Office of the State Controller - Tax Compliance Technical Support
