Employee Advance Request Form
The Employee Advance Request Form is used by employees to request permanent and temporary employee advances. This form is divided into two sections: the top lists employee information and travel destination information; the bottom lists data entry information needed for the Employee Advance Request (EAR) screen in the North Carolina Accounting System Accounts Payable module.
