NCAS Operator Restriction Form

The NCAS Operator Restriction Form is completed by an agencys security administrator to add, delete, or change selective security restrictions of company/account/center combinations. These restrictions are limited to 45 ranges per operator. OSC only accepts NCAS Operator Restriction Forms that are signed by an agencys security administrator.
