Company Fund Table
Budget
Codes are maintained by OSC using a table association.

The Company
Fund Table is used to establish each new fund number once approved
by the OSBM. The fund must be recorded by the OSC in the Company Fund Table
in order to be used by agencies.

The Company
Fund Table is used to associate each company/fund number (Positions
1-4 of center) with the following:

Budget
code
-
Program
budget code (or PPPP if unknown)

Governmental
Accounting Standards Board (GASB) number

Old department/division
number
-
OSC Maintains
Online (288 Screen)

The fund
must be recorded by the OSC in the Company Fund Table in order to be used
by agencies.

The OSC
maintains the Company Fund Table information on the Miscellaneous Descriptions
(288) screen in GL.

When adding
the fund to the Master Company (AAAA), additional information is recorded
for each company/fund combination.

The rules
for adding and validating new companies in the company fund table are the
same as they are for adding and validating companies in the Master Company.

The information
for each company contained in the Company Fund Table can also be referenced
in the C-U-GL-MASTER-TABLE-LIST report in the GLPUBLIC library in
Information Expert (IE).
