Help With Downloading

There are two methods of downloading off of the web.

One way to tell if a link is just a link to a web page or a link to a software package, word document, etc. is to place your mouse cursor on the link. In the bottom of the frame of your browser, not on the page, the full URL to that link will appear. If the URL ends in .html, the link is to a web page. If it ends with .doc, it is a Word document. If it ends with .exe it is a software package. If it ends with .zip, it is a zipped archive, which could be a collection of documents or software.
