The Office of the State
Controller has established a Master Services Agreement (MSA)
with Wachovia Bank, a leading ACH Originating Depository
Financial Institution. The MSA provides services to eligible
state agencies, universities, community colleges, local
school units, and local units of governments on a statewide
enterprise basis, allowing eligible participants to benefit
from the leveraging of volume pricing. Following is
information for entities desiring to participate in the MSA.
