BEACON Portal Access:
ITS has issued an emergency change notification that will affect access to the BEACON portal. Beginning this afternoon, July 8, at 5:00 p.m. the portal will be unavailable. Normal operation should resume tomorrow morning. Watch this page for updates regarding availability.

06/14/2008 10:00am The portal is now available.
Beginning at 7:00pm on June 13 The BEACON Portal will be unavailable from 7 p.m. on Friday, June 13, until 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 14 for system maintenance.
06/23/2008 9:30am BEACON Portal Access:
The portal will be unavailable beginning today, June 23, at 4 p.m. through 7 a.m. tomorrow. Additionally, the portal is scheduled to be unavailable from 12 to 1 p.m. and 4 to 5 p.m. tomorrow. However, there may be cause to take the portal down for additional times on Tuesday to finalize biweekly payroll. There also will likely be limited access to the portal on Wednesday, June 25, as well, but we will keep you updated.

The portal is now available in accordance with its normal schedule.
9:50am BEACON Portal Access:
The portal will be unavailable beginning today, June 25, at 12 p.m. through 7 a.m. tomorrow at the latest to complete monthly payroll transactions. Please watch this page for updates regarding availability.
